Now, our restaurant is a popular izakaya where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine of Kyushu!
In this cold season, we still recommend our famous motsu nabe.
A wide variety of products are available.

The motsu nabe (hot pot) served at our restaurant offers a plump texture of carefully pre-processed motsu.
Dashi soup stock made from carefully selected ingredients is blended and prepared using an original formula!
We recommend that you enjoy it simply with "Shio" (salt), and chew the flavor of the pork belly.
The "Soy Sauce" made with a special soy sauce broth is also a classic delicacy!
In addition, there is the mild "Miso" made with sweet miso and soy milk, and the "Spicy Miso" with its spicy and addictive taste,
The "Shio Tonkotsu (salted pork bones)" and the "Spicy Shio (spicy sauce)," both of which seem to be available but are not,
We have a variety of seven kinds of motsu nabe (hot pot with vegetables) and "ponzu (Japanese citrus juice)" which is served with refreshing ponzu sauce!
In addition, we also offer additional entrails and vegetables, as well as zosui (rice porridge) sets, chanpon noodles, and ramen noodles to finish off your meal.
